By creating a Tutor Profile on GharTakShiksha, you consent to receive SMS and email alerts about class opportunities that match your profile. If you wish to unsubscribe from these alerts, you can do so by logging into your profile and navigating to the "My Account" section.
As part of our verification process, tutors are required to submit a copy of their Address Proof (such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License), two passport-sized color photographs, and proof of their last obtained educational qualification.
We strictly prohibit tutors from engaging in any activity beyond tutoring, including soliciting money for admissions to any institution or proposing fraudulent schemes. Any fraudulent activity involving a tutor, whether with a student or with GharTakShiksha, will result in legal action.
Tutors are expected to promptly update us with any changes to their current address or contact information. Additionally, tutors should provide their ID proof to clients if requested.
GharTakShiksha reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any conditions at any time. Tutors are also expected to be punctual, professional in behavior, communication, and attire when visiting clients for trial or regular classes.
For Parents/Students:
GharTakShiksha aims to help you find a tutor that best suits your child’s needs. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or success in exams or tests your child may undertake.
We ask that you treat home tutors with respect and dignity. The final decision to select a tutor for your child rests with you. The tutor will only conduct lessons if at least one parent is present in the house during the session.
You have the right to request the tutor's identification and qualification documents before classes begin. However, please note that GharTakShiksha does not guarantee the verification of these documents.
For secure transactions, we recommend that you pay tuition fees through our platform. The payment will be released to the tutor at the end of your sessions, only after you confirm the class status. If you choose to pay the tutor directly and a dispute arises, GharTakShiksha will not be held responsible.
GharTakShiksha does not guarantee your child's academic progress and is not liable for any theft or other incidents involving the tutor. It is advised that parents or caretakers supervise the tutoring sessions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this platform.
GharTakShiksha reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
